Cranberries provide a high vitamin C content with a reputation as a body cleanser and
especially effective for the kidneys.

Research into the medicinal properties of cranberry juice indicated a major benefit is that they reduce the likelihood of severe urinary infection making it beneficial for cystitis sufferers.

Pycnogenol, a powerful antioxidant, which is particularly useful in maintaining collagen in the skin, has also been found in cranberries.
